Yaxeni Oriquen is a famous 2nd placed best female bodybuilder on the IFBB Pro Women’s Bodybuilding Ranking List. An incredible woman who won five Ms. International titles, in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2008, and 2012.

EARLY YEARS OF FAMILY AND EDUCATION

Yaxeni Oriquen was born in Cabimas, Zulia,Venezuela. She was the youngest in her family. Yaxeni has 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Yaxeni never dreamed to be a bodybuilder. Moreover, At a very young age, Yaxeni kicked off her career as a model and start working in theaters. Further, studied theater. She is living a happy life with her son Luis Alcala and her husband. Being a mom she has many responsibilities and Yaxeni Oriquen manages all the things in an amazing way.

DIET AND TRAINING PLAN

Yaxeni Oriquen prefers this kind of meal plan before 12 weeks until the contest. Besides she has 2day no carbohydrates with 2 days the higher amount of carbohydrates. Yaxeni Oriquen changes her protein shakes every two months. Moreover, Yaxeni only takes Soy protein. She doesn’t take any particular supplements. Also, takes her all vitamins in the morning before her meal.

Yaxeni more focuses on her diet and workout program. She believes a good diet makes a big difference in the body. Also, helps her in her training. Yaxeni doesn’t like strict diet plans.

MEAL 1Oatmeal 30gm and Protein shake 50gm
MEAL 28 egg white with 2 slices of wheat bread and 4 rice cakes
MEAL 38 ounces chicken and rice or baked potatoes 100gm
MEAL 4Protein bar/protein shakes with strawberries.

If we talk about her training plan, Yaxeni starts her day at 5:30 AM early and does her cardio for 45 minutes. Being a wife and mother, Yaxeni has many responsibilities, Therefore, She prepares her meal to go to work from 7:00 AM-2:00 PM. After returning back, Yaxeni prepares lunch and eats her husband. Then, taking a nap Yaxeni starts her work at 9:00 PM. After returning home at 10:00, she cooks dinner for the family, checks emails, and so on.

Physically Yaxeni Oriquen maintains her body’s every part yet, She states that her legs and biceps are the strongest parts of her body. And calves are weak. Yaxeni Oriquen is very disciplined and loves sweets.
