Everyone’s journey has a starting point. At the age of 12 years old, Bonnie started running track and field. The reason was running only takes the body and a pair of shoes. However, She hasn’t revealed any information about her family yet. She is committed to her boyfriend Matthew Vincent.

Throughout her schooling and graduation, she continued running. Later on, She got into the bodybuilding world. At the age of 26, Discovered her interest in CrossFit when one of her friends opened a CrossFit gym and urged her to join.
Finally, at 27 she found powerlifting. Therefore, Bonnie has been powerlifting for about 3.5 years now. However, She has always been active and involved with lifting since high school.
After finishing college, she jumped into powerlifting immediately. Moreover, Bonnie feels glad spent years in the bodybuilding and CrossFit world because it gave her so much experience, and knowledge. Also, Appreciate those sports, Although, Bonnie states “Powerlifting is 100% my niche and is definitely a sport of longevity so I wish I would’ve discovered the sport sooner”.
Her ideal is Jen Thompson the most. Not only because she is an incredible athlete but she is also a mother, and educator, and has done amazing things for women involved in powerlifting.
At last, Bonnie advises new athletes to learn all they can! “If you are passionate about the sport start reading about it. Educate yourself on the history of the sport, biomechanics, technique, programs, and so on. Gather as much information as you can and make yourself a student of the sport”.
DIET AND TRAINING
Bonnie believes in eating balanced food. She focuses on green vegetables, protein, carbs, etc. Her cheat meal foods are pizza and ice cream. She can’t live without those two things. However, Bonnie isn’t really a die-hard supplement person.
Her views on supplements are “Supplements definitely aren’t magic but they can give you a slight edge if you’re looking for that 1%. I don’t do protein shakes but I do enjoy Onward, REM powder, and Pre Workout from @runeverythinglabs”. Aside, She intakes LAX by Anastasisnutra. It’s a relaxing, pre-bedtime tea that is meant to relieve stress and anxiety and tastes amazing.
If I talk about her Training, Typically She workouts in the gym 6 days a week. This encapsulates two squat sessions, one deadlift session, two bench days, and one bench/strict press day.
