Iris is the fifth of six children. There is not much information is provided about her family background. Iris Kyle states that there was a reason why she joined bodybuilding. Eventually, When Kyle moved to Orange country, California. She finds herself surrounded by people who admire fitness and love to make their bodies fit and healthy-looking. Hard work always pays off, later On, Iris Kyle’s hard work and determination provided her a job in the same gym. Being an employee she got more amazing opportunities for training and building up her muscles. Due to her hard work, she got the title of Iron Man.

Iris harks back to the time when the first time she saw a photoshoot of Lenda Murray in a magazine. Iris cut out that picture of Lenda Murray and pasted it on her refrigerator. That was the moment when she decided for the first time to get an amazing physique like her.
