Clare never thought to become a bodybuilder. Even at the age of 35 she was enjoying her fast foods and unhealthy diet. She is married to Randy Morrow. FITNESS JOURNEY
Clare Morrow’s fitness journey started at age 41. She got a call that changed her life. Clare got news about her mom’s fourth-stage cancer. Therefore, Her Mom urged her to get checked out, and it turned out that genetically she has a 1/4th chance of getting cancer. Concurrently her husband, Randy Morrow, also got that phone call. His brother passed away suddenly from a major heart attack.
At the moment Clare Morrow took a life-changing decision, She stopped her bad eating habits. Moreover, Started workouts at home. As she started eating healthier, Clare gained her confidence and joined a local gym with her husband Randy Morrow. Soon, Clare Morrow lost 35 pounds & my husband lost 30.
Then, Clare started to train herself for competing in the NPC bikini division which led to her IFBB pro card at age 45.
Four years later, In 2017 I was awarded IFBB Pro status at a National Competition. It was a rememberable day for Clare Morrow. Now The real game begins when she finds her true purpose in life. Clare enjoys helping others reach their goals. Moreover, She stated, “There is no better feeling to me than getting a phone call from a client in tears saying she lost another pound and can now fit into her favorite little black dress.” It is like a reward for her.
